HB0001 Judiciary Committee Hearing

The HB0001 Judiciary Hearing is the first step in the bill becoming a law. At a hearing, the committee listens to supporters and opponents of the bill. Based on various factors, the committee will refer the bill back the floor with a recommendation (favorable, unfavorable, favorable with  amendment, or rarely, no recommendation). It is crucial that the committee votes favorably or the bill will die. Please support survivors by emailing the House Judiciary Committee members and asking them to vote favorably.
